1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AlerteCrous, operated by SLOTPILOT LTD (Company Number: 16598624, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom), provides automated monitoring of official CROUS housing websites. When new housing becomes available on CROUS platforms, subscribers receive instant notifications via Telegram.

2. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

  • We monitor CROUS websites 24/7 but do not control their housing inventory
  • Alert frequency varies by city and depends entirely on CROUS release schedules
  • Some cities may have zero alerts for extended periods if CROUS has no new listings
  • We guarantee monitoring uptime, not alert frequency or housing availability
  • A lack of alerts does not indicate service failure if CROUS has not released housing
  • Payment is for access to our monitoring service for 30 days, regardless of alert quantity

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

  • Premium access: €3 for 30 days
  • Access begins immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Non-recurring subscription - access expires after 30 days
  • No automatic renewal - users must repurchase for continued access
  • 3-day free trial available before purchase

4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Payments processed securely via Stripe
  • All prices in EUR (€)
  • Refund policy: Full refund within 48 hours of purchase for any reason
  • After 48 hours: Refunds only for technical service failures (not low alert frequency)
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide valid Telegram account for service delivery
  • Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service
  • Use service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not engage in bot abuse, spam, or service disruption

6. DATA & PRIVACY

  • We collect: Telegram User ID, payment information
  • Data stored on secure EU servers (France)
  • GDPR compliant
  • Full privacy policy available separately
  • We do not share data with third parties except payment processors

7. CANCELLATION

  • Users may cancel anytime
  • Access continues until end of paid 30-day period
  • No pro-rated refunds for unused time
  • Cancellation does not entitle automatic refund after 48-hour period

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • We strive for 99%+ uptime
  • Occasional maintenance may occur with advance notice
  • Service failures eligible for refunds or credit extensions

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • AlerteCrous name, logo, and service are property of SLOTPILOT LTD
  • Users receive license to use service, not ownership
  • CROUS data belongs to respective CROUS organizations

10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not responsible for CROUS housing availability
  • Not liable for missed housing opportunities
  • Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
  • Not responsible for Telegram platform availability

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Governed by laws of England and Wales
  • Disputes handled via UK jurisdiction
  • Contact support@alertecrous.com before legal action

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update these terms with notice
  • Continued use after changes indicates acceptance
  • Material changes require explicit user consent

13. TERMINATION

  • We reserve right to terminate accounts for violations
  • No refunds for terminated accounts due to user misconduct
